Position Requirements:
- Catering Assistant: As an all-rounder, you'll be responsible for plating, tray assembling, following cleaning schedules, maintaining hygiene standards, and strictly adhering to menu specifications and food safety/HACCP guidelines. Candidates must pass a drug and alcohol test, and police check.
- Stores/Forklift Drivers: Handle inventory management, operate forklifts, and ensure smooth operations in the warehouse. Candidates must pass a full medical examination, drug and alcohol test, and police check.
- Marshallers: Assist drivers on the tarmac by directing and guiding them to designated areas safely and efficiently. Candidates must pass a full medical examination, drug and alcohol test, and police check.
- Wash Staff: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in food preparation areas, follow correct manual handling techniques, and ensure compliance with hygiene standards. Candidates must pass a drug and alcohol test, and police check.
