AddressSEQ IT Services is a fast-growing IT service provider in South East Queensland, specialising in helping small to medium businesses secure and improve their IT systems and cloud services, with a strong focus on cybersecurity.
Looking for someone from Brisbane or the Gold Coast with strong IT support and security experience and excellent customer service skills.
Location: Work from home!!
This role is primarily remote, but you'll also provide onsite support as needed at client locations in either the Brisbane or Gold Coast regions, depending on where you live. Vehicle & fuel allowance to cover any onsite work.
About the role:
- Troubleshooting & comprehensive remote desktop support for variety of common issues faced by SMB.
- Maintaining workstations, Microsoft 365, and ensuring documentation is valid and up-to-date.
- Ticket Management, strong triaging capabilities, verbal and written communication with various stakeholders.
- Onsite field support involves assisting with a wide range of level 1 - 2 tasks including the troubleshooting, delivery or installation and setup of new devices, network hardware, etc..
About You:
- Exceptional Customer Service: You excel at explaining technical issues to non-technical individuals with patience and respect.
- Team Player and Independent: You are capable of working both autonomously and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
- Technical Proficiency: You have experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems, Android/iOS.
- Multitasking Skills: You are good at managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility: You are willing to work overtime if neededto ensure projects are completed within deadlines.
- Effective Communication: You can handle conflicting priorities with respect and provide constructive feedback to improve processes and procedures.
- Industry Credentials: Certifications or experience in the MSP industry are highly valued.
A valid driver's licence & car is a must.
