THE ROLE
We are recruiting for a Catering Coordinator to join their Office Services team based in Melbourne’s CBD.
The duties of this Catering Coordinator will include (but not be limited to):
- Assisting Receptionist with offering and preparing coffee and refreshment orders.
- Ensuring client meeting rooms are promptly serviced and cleared following meetings.
- Liaising with internal teams regarding catering requests and ordering catering.
- Setup and serving of catering for client and firm events, this includes plating and heating of food.
- Basic food preparation for client and firm events.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety hygiene and food handling/preparation procedures.
- Providing wait service at client and firm events.
To be considered for this Catering Assistant position, you must have the following attributes:
- Some proven experience in food handling and customer service (experience in a similar role in a professional services firm will be highly advantageous)
- Polished and professional manner
- Confident communications
