We currently have full time & part time roles available in our Catering Team for:

• Apprentice Chef (1st, 2nd or 3rd year)
• Qualified Chef
• Cook

You will work alongside our fabulous three in the kitchen creating, prepping and cooking a variety of meals/dishes to feed guests from scones to canapes. This includes planning weekly menus, providing meal alternatives for guests with dietary needs and maintaining food health and safety standards. Whether they’re attending school and holiday camps, weddings and functions, or retreats and overnight hikes, you’ll get satisfaction from seeing someone devour your culinary creation.

As part of our Catering Team, you’ll have a passion for food, ready to unleash your creativity with a flair for flavour and ingredients. We will support your learning while you’re earning and would be keen to hear from any Second and Third Year apprentices who are looking for a change of scenery and who want to build on their foundation and skills alongside our accomplished chefs in a unique environment.

Full training along with ongoing mentoring and coaching will be provided to all positions with the chance to hone your skills and experience by assisting our Catering and Housekeeping team to provide a clean and comfortable venue and serving up tasty and nutritious meals to our guests to ensure that they have an exceptional stay.

All roles will also extend beyond the confines of the kitchen by lending a hand at meal times to serve food and drinks, helping to prepare dining areas, function spaces and accommodation ready for guest service, entertainment and stays no matter what day of the week.
