The Role
The successful candidate will be trained up in all aspects of becoming a Chef:
- How to be a part of a functional working kitchen
- Produce a large variety of quality meals
- Trained in various methods of cooking
- Work and maintain a clean and safe working environment
This is a fantastic career-start opportunity to become trade qualified. As an apprentice, you will receive both on and off the job training working towards Certificate III in Commercial Cookery which will see you employed directly by Kestrel by up to 3 year's.

- Reliable and honest
- Prepared to work weekends and evening hours
- 100% commitment to undertaking this 3 year apprenticeship
