The Central Coast Local Health District Recruitment Team are currently seeking energetic, adaptive, and agile thinking recruiters to join their team based at Racecourse Road in Gosford. In this fast-paced environment you will be challenged to think on your feet, adapt quickly to changing priorities and excel in delivering high levels of customer service. We are seeking to initially fill a full-time temporary secondment until October 2024, but would like to build a talent pool of casuals alongside this opportunity
About You
- You have had previous recruiter, or recruitment support experience, or can demonstrate an administrative role with a focus on delivering key performance indicators efficiently
- You thrive in high-volume environments and are able to navigate conflicting priorities with finesse
- You are able to interpret and apply policies and procedures with ease
- You embrace collaboration and teamwork and have the ability to share your ideas around efficiencies and improvements confidently

Where You’ll Be Working
The Recruitment Team is part of the wider People & Culture Directorate and we provide recruitment services to the District, and the team is located at Racecourse Road, Gosford. Please note due to the length of the secondment, we do not offer hybrid working for this role and you will be required to attend the office between the core hours of 08.00-16.30 Monday to Friday. There is free parking on site.
