Are you an experienced software professional with a passion for creating high-quality customer communication solutions? We're seeking an Analyst Programmer to join our team and contribute to the development of our Quadient Inspire-based correspondence platform.Why join us?

About the roleEvery one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. As a CCM Developer aka Analyst Programmer in our Customer Marketing & Communications team, you will:
  • Design and build correspondence solutions with Quadient Inspire. Prioritise operation, maintainability, scalability, performance, and design consistency.
  • Follow strict developer quality processes like code and design reviews, unit testing, and change management. This ensures your code is top-notch.
  • Work closely with the Customer Engagement Delivery Lead, other Analyst Programmers, Analysts, Test Analysts, and business reps to create amazing solutions.
  • Prepare application support docs to make future maintenance a breeze and stick to ART's quality assurance processes during the software development lifecycle.
  • Use the team's Agile methodology to keep everyone on track.
This role is available as a 12-month max-term/ secondment opportunity. We are flexible with location.About youIt goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills we'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely your tick some of the following boxes too:
  • Got a degree in IT? Great!
  • At least 5 years working with tools like Quadient Inspire, Thunderhead, or OpenText Exstream.
  • Java programming? You should be good at it.
  • Know your way around databases? We're talking SQL queries and understanding indexes.
  • Analytical thinking is key. Take business needs and turn them into tech solutions.
  • Can you juggle tasks without much help? Perfect.
