YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
As Retail Excellence (Operations) Coordinator, and part of the Retail Excellence Department, you will support the Australia retail office in day to day activities including Retail Operations, clienteling and visual merchandising areas.
The experience will enable you to get to know CELINE, gain well rounded luxury retail experience and exposure through working with different retail supporting functions as well as retail management.
Your impact
Retail Operations
You will be providing supporting to the Retail Excellence Assistant Manager on tasks including but not limited to below:
- Logistical and administrative tasks related to in-store events and staff sale events
- Coordinate store team’s travel arrangement
- Coordinate order & inventory of non-merchandise materials for office and stores (e.g., packaging, store necessities, uniforms, etc) to ensure timely replenishment & optimum usage
- Allocate appropriate staff look quantities to store teams on a timely basis and manage all write-off when needed (e.g. issued uniforms, clothing allowance, etc)
- Liaise with external suppliers to procure suitable services & materials for store needs; create vendor invoices for the purchases.
- Oversee Maintenance for the stores
- Compilation of Communications or Reporting information.
- Manage Calendars and timelines, booking meetings, external venues.
Others:
Provide support to CELINE AU retail office team as required including:
- Support the in the (un) packing, export and retrieval of samples, gifting and assets from regional to local
- Action VM props ordering and allocation
keys for success
Education:
- Diploma or Bachelor and above
Experience:
- Retail experience preferred

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment.
- Superior organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
