The Role:
This dynamic position covers a variety of responsibilities, making no two days alike. As the face of Palmer Wines at our Cellar Door, you will engage with customers, conduct wine tastings, and drive sales. Your role extends beyond customer interaction; it encompasses marketing, business development, and operational management to elevate our Cellar Door's success.

Key Responsibilities:
Craft memorable customer experiences with your passion and knowledge of wine.
Drive wine sales and promote Wine Club memberships, surpassing targets.
Develop and manage customer and visitor databases for lasting relationships.
Collaborate on marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and Cellar Door visitation.
Manage stock levels and uphold our brand standards at the Cellar Door.
Lead and develop the Cellar Door team, fostering a culture of excellence.
 

About You:
A profound appreciation and understanding of wine; WSET Level 2 or equivalent preferred.
Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, ideally within the wine industry.
Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse clientele.
Demonstrated leadership and initiative, whether working independently or in a team.
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays, to meet our business needs.
