The Role:

This role will involve you continuing to add to our diverse and welcoming culture with a positive attitude towards diversity and the richness that diversity brings to the community and organisations.

In this role you will really be able to make a meaningful contribution. You will lead, coach and train a team of In-home Support Workers to provide high quality services to vulnerable older people.

We will pay you a generous salary, inclusive of salary packaging benefits up to $15,900 per annum, acknowledging your experience and fit to the Astley Care team.

Selection Criteria:

Significant experience leading frontline support workers is ideal; however, if you are passionate about people and how to support them and have some experience in leading a team, you may be the addition we are looking for.

Your experience will show you strive to continuously improve your way of working, seeking daily wins for our staff, clients, and their families.
