We need someone to work between around 3 days per week. As a small business, getting the best team together is what's most important to us, and we are flexible when it comes to number of days per week and position description for the right candidate.
Cellar Door Sales is a must, but this role can be so much more. We're looking for people to bring some spark to our team, and in return we'll offer opportunities for you to shine!! We’re looking for an outgoing, reliable person to welcome our Cellar Door guests, and help them enjoy and remember their experience with us, ideally with some wine to take home!
There is potential for this role to move to full-time in the future for the right candidate.
Previous experience in a Cellar Door is valuable, but not essential, as we’ll provide training. This will cover wine tasting guidance from our winemaker, use of the point-of-sale system and anything else specific to our Cellar Door.

- Experience in sales highly regarded, previous Cellar Door experience not essential as training will be provided.

- Current NSW RSA certification required*.
- You must be 18+ to work in this role.
Our Cellar Door is open from Thursday to Monday, 10am to 5pm.
Weekend work is a key part of this role, and your initial hours will include Saturdays and Sundays, especially on long weekends.
*These courses are available online and ‘same day’, as well as by in-person training providers. We can help you through this process.
What will your day look like?- providing wine tastings to Cellar Door visitors - guiding guests through our range of wines and providing tailored tastings to club members;
- Cellar Door Sales using the WineDirect point-of-sale system
- restocking of products
- ensuring our Cellar Door and tasting glasses are sparkling clean
- tasks relating to managing Club Carillion and events
- other tasks to promote our brand, for example providing content for social media, creating branded materials for use within Cellar Door, assisting with communications and updating promotional material and tasting folders.
