Building Operations Coordinator

This role will suit an up and comer/ rising star from the commercial property industry who wants to take full advantage of this chance for succession planning, personal growth, and development. For the start of your journey, you will build an understanding of our business approach together with an awareness of our systems, processes and procedures. Our intention is to equip you with the requisite skills and support to perform your role where you will receive ongoing support from fantastic mentors who manage a dynamic team of industry professionals.You will support our Engineering & Operations team in coordinating all aspects of building maintenance and essential services via contractor management. In addition, you will proactively engage with stakeholders to coordinate site operations, follow all health & safety management guidelines, ensure compliance with regulations and procedures, support facilities related projects and gain an understanding of technical requirements for the sites, in which JLL are responsible.Before you apply it's also worth knowing what we are looking for:A great attitude and desire to grow your career in facilities management is most important to us.
