Cellar Hands - Full Time and Casual Positions

Cellar Hands play an important role at our Riverland Winery performing various tasks that contribute the production and dispatch of our wine. As a Cellar Hand you must be available to work a three-shift roster, and during peak periods, weekends and overtime.  Some flexibility available for shifts to we worked and pattern of shiftwork rosters. 

Typical duties of this role include, but not limited to;

  • Crushing and Pressing Grapes.
  • Transfer Operations.
  • Machine and pump operations.
  • Following and assisting with the review of Company Standard Operating Procedures. 
  • Performing tasks safely and within Company WHS policies and procedures.
  • Data entry and auditing.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Prior experience in the wine industry would be an advantage.
  • Must be Physically fit.
  • Possess good literacy, numeracy and communication skills.
  • A current forklift and HR Licence is desirable.
