KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cellar Hands will be involved in all cellar operations including pre-bottling preparation, wine blending, transfers, sterilisation and sanitation of wine tanks & equipment, operation of equipment and general cellar duties.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 1 year cellar experience
- Full Driver's License
- Excellent work ethic, reliability and integrity
- Extremely organised and ability to multi-task
- Motivated and committed
- Comply with WHS & BRC practices
- Able to operate specific cellar machinery would be an advantage
PREFERRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL:
- Confined Space Certificate, Forklift License
- Qualification in Cellar Operations or similar
- Diverse equipment knowledge
