- Manage financial budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximise service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, families, and community organisations, to enhance service provision and advocacy.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the disability, community services, or related sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
- Excellent business development and strategic planning abilities.
- Knowledge of disability services regulations and standards.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
