The Work:
- Build SAP SuccessFactors technology solutions that transform clients’ payroll functions and solve their payroll issues
- Design, set-up, and test prototype and production payroll solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly
- Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out payroll offerings powered by SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
- Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors
- Make the business case for the SAP technology solution recommended to the client
- Pitch in on sales efforts when needed
- Continue to learn and develop your technical SAP and business expertise
Here’s What You Need:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
- Minimum of one end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementation, including hands-on design and configuration within one or more of these areas:
o Payroll Operations
o Payroll Transformation
o Global Payroll
o Payroll Integration
o Payroll Interfaces
o Payroll Tax
o Payroll Processes
Bonus Points If:
- You have experience leading workshops for gathering requirements and running meetings
- You have team lead experience
- You have external client-facing consulting experience
