About us:
Our service is family owned and operated, with a focus on community and inclusion. We are located in the heart of Campbelltown and are licenced for 48 children per day. We are seeking to employ a part time cook to manage our kitchen and food safety. Our service has all meals catered, so this role will not involve menu planning.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the health, hygiene and safety of the kitchen
- Manage all incoming food, registers and checks
- Manage dietary requirements for children (including allergies and anaphylaxis)
- Prepare and serve meals
Requirements:
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Food Safety Supervisor
- Basic Food Handlers Training
- An ECEC qualification is not required but would be advantagous
