An exciting opportunity has risen at our Geraldton PCYC. We are currently looking for a dedicated person who is passionate about helping young people to join our team as Centre Coordinator.
Position Overview:
As a Centre Coordinator, you will be working closely with the Centre Manager & Youth Program Coordinator to build relationships in the local community, championing PCYC’s mission and values, driving a youth focused business and assist with limited recreational activities.
- Create a welcoming, vibrant and fun Centre culture for children & young people and staff
- Coordinate centre operations including, assisting in centre programs and initiatives, managing venue user agreements, driving the recreational activities within the centre, and managing contracts with local service providers.
- Ensure centre operational and recreational compliance, reporting, financial and administration tasks are completed

- Experience in Customer Service management including product sales, stock management and cash handling
- Experience in Administration including medium to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working in a busy and demanding customer service environment
- An ability to work autonomously and prioritise workloads and perform daily functions with substantial level of accountability and responsibility.
- Experience supervising recreational activities, ensuring compliance with OHS regulations
- Current or willing to obtain National Police Check and Working with Children Check
