AddressOur Client is 60 place Centre located Coogee and they are looking for a superstar Centre Director to join their team.
This Centre require an ECT qualified (off the floor) Director to lead and manage their beautiful service and in return for an excellent salary package, bonuses and amazing staff benefits.
To be considered for this position, applicants must have the following:
- An Early Childhood Degree
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a Centre Director or similar role
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, families and the wider community
- Demonstrate experience in financial management and budgeting
- A current First Aid Certificate, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Completed How to Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk training.
