You have great experience as a Service Director and now you’re striving to achieve even more as an Executive Service Manager contributing to exceeding outcomes for both children and Educators You have a vision to support local families and their children by mentoring and leading your team to exceptional heights Be a voice for all children and educators Be a key contributor to delivering wonderful moments SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Bachelor of Education A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain Experience leading a team is highly regarded A note from the Nido family: Leaving my previous employer, who I was with for over 10 years, was not an easy decision.
