Mini Me Early Learning Centres is thrilled to announce a new leadership position for our Centre Director role! Our Services are dedicated to delivering the highest standards of care and education, and we are in search of a passionate leader to join our team.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to assume the role of Centre Director on a full-time basis. As the Centre Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the centre's operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality childcare and educational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Educators, ensuring adherence to the service philosophy, policies, and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to staff, fostering a collaborative and enriching environment.
- Take on the role of the Responsible Person in Charge at the service.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children, staff, and volunteers.
- Train and support staff in understanding and implementing the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Ensure staff fulfill all aspects of their job descriptions.
- Provide ongoing support to the management team in administrative procedures, curriculum development, and staff professional development.
- Promote the service to the community and ensure optimal center occupancy.
- Contribute to the overall success of the center through effective marketing and community engagement.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECT) or studying towards this qualification.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the Early Childhood care and education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate.
