As the Melbourne offices continue to grow, they’re excited for quantitative or dualist Senior Consultant/Account Directors to join them, and be a part of their continued success:As a Senior Consultant/Associate Director, you’ll be key in managing and nurturing client relationships, designing research, mentoring juniors, learning from amazing seniors, supporting proposals, data analysis (SPSS/Q) insight generation, and client presentations.
Clients will see you as a trusted advisor who can find patterns in data, has a knack for storytelling, and empowers them to make informed decisions.
Projects are a mixture of customised ad hoc and tracking across segmentation, brand strategy, behaviour change, innovation, NPD, pricing, engagement, customer experience, and policy. From designing behavioural interventions to reduce risky driving to helping FMCG brands venture into a new category to helping shape government policies to reduce homelessness, it’s super varied, interesting work.
This is the perfect role for quant or qual researchers who love variety, are curious and able to think strategically and analytically in tandem.

• 5+ years of commercial market research, insights or strategy experience
• Confidence in managing quantitative projects end-to-end independently
• Able to translate data into clear recommendations
• Exceptional communication and time management skills
