Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing the annual business plan
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Actively engaging with the local community
- Managing relationships with retailers
- Collaborating with the Leasing team in identifying leasing opportunities
- Managing debtors
- Identifying opportunities for cost savings
- Reviewing and analysing centre performance
- Leading the Centre Management team
Any former experience working within a Centre Management team will be highly regarded. Marketing Managers/Retail Managers are welcome to apply.
