Program Manager opportunity to lead the Gadigal CentreLocated at Camperdown/Darlington CampusFixed-Term 3 years HE010 position $150,628 Base Salary plus leave loading and 17% contribution to superAbout the opportunityThe Gadigal Centre is the University of Sydney's dedicated student centre for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, providing academic, pastoral and cultural support services to Indigenous students to help them achieve their full potential and to graduate job-ready.Reporting to the Director of the Gadigal Centre, the Program Manager, Gadigal Centre (Identified) will oversee the creation and delivery of all strategic programs and initiatives relating to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander student success at The Gadigal Centre. This role includes all phases of learning and wellbeing assistance for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students delivered by the Centre’s Advancement and Engagement Coordinators and provides leadership in identifying and addressing trends, areas for improvement and pockets of good practice across the University. There is also a key reporting requirement around National Indigenous Australian Agency program that is needed within this role.You will be joining a highly collaborative and supportive team and providing impactful project work to drive strategic initiatives for the Gadigal centre and wider DVC Indigenous Strategy & Services portfolio.
