We are looking for a hard-working and professional Centre Manager to join our expanding team.
The Role:As the Centre Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the State Centre, ensuring that each aspect of our business meets the highest quality standards. This role requires a blend of leadership, strategic planning, and a hands-on approach.

- Squash experience/knowledge (desirable but not essential)
- Sporting background (desirable but not essential)
- Organisational experience is a must
- Drive, initiative and confidence to meet the needs of Centre operations
- Collaborative and proactive approach
- Work autonomously under the guidance of Squash WA
- Proactive and creative to drive participation and increase court hire
- RSA (if not already acquired, be open to attaining)
- First Aid (if not already acquired, be open to attaining)
- Personnel administration/management
- Responsibility for the Casual staff schedule
- Manage the overall operations of the State Centre, including staff supervision, facility maintenance, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies for business growth and operational efficiency
- Foster a positive environment and culture that aligns with our mission and values
- Be available to work additional hours which are reasonably necessary to fulfil the requirements of your duties, or reasonably required by Squash WA
Squash WA, a dedicated association overseeing the sport of squash within Western Australia, is seeking a Centre Manager to join our team of exceptional individuals. Our collective passion and commitment have significantly contributed to the sport's sustained development across the state. This consistent progress has enabled us to broaden our team to accommodate this new role.
Located in Belmont, the Squash WA State Centre is due to undergo further extensive renovations and is poised to welcome a Centre Manager who embodies the association's drive and passion.
