As the Centre Manager at Aurora, you will be supported to: 

• ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the centre,
• act as the face of the centre to build and maintain strong relationships with our parents and community,
• attend to all office administrative tasks, weekly accounts and reports
• maintain a high quality level of compliance with policies and procedures as per the legislation and NQS, including Ratio Management
• manage all Workplace Health & Safety legislation and issues
• manage occupancy and conversion rates
• coordinate suppliers and subcontractors
• support, supervise and manage team members

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Centre Manager / Director role in a long day care setting
• Minimum qualification: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or above
• Proven experience in a similar compliance or people management role
• Proven ability to lead, manage and support a team of Educators and staff
• Current Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
• Child Protection legislation & implications (approved Child Protection Training)
• Competent in NQS, EYLF / VEDYLF practice principles
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with CCMS / Word / Excel / Cloud-based apps
• Current Police Check
