ABOUT THE ROLEWe have an opportunity for a creative leader to enable our Brand's vision as a
Studio Manager. As our
Studio Manager, you'll be at the forefront of bringing Kids vision to life, serving as the link between Trend and Buying. To be successful in this role, you require a keen eye for creativity and a knack for ensuring consistency across departments and categories. You'll lead our Textile Design team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in our Creative Studio.Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate seamless communication between departments and Studio team members, ensuring that projects align with our Brand's DNA and vision. Drawing from your background in graphic or textile design, you'll lead the identification of new trends in both fields, collaborating closely with our Trend team to shape future directions.Your leadership will be instrumental in driving graphic and textile design innovation, maintaining an active pulse on industry trends, and translating them into actionable strategies for Kids. You'll coach and guide your team towards success, sharing your expertise and ideas to keep us at the forefront of creativity and relevance.If you're passionate about delivering innovative solutions and thrive in a leadership role where you can inspire and collaborate with a team of like-minded individuals, then we want to hear from you!
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- Demonstrated background or experience in a Graphic Design or Textile Design.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Proven leadership experience and ability to coach and inspire a team
- Ability to be find solutions and make confident decisions
- Ability to prioritise and manage the workload of a team to ensure studio deadlines are met
