Assistant Centre Manager, in support of the implementation and growth towards our vision.

Purpose of the Role:
As the Assistant Centre Manager, you are expected to assist the Centre Manager to educate, lead, guide and support the Centre and continue to provide high quality Early Childhood Education and Care to the community.
Join a supportive Centre Manager and Directors to assist with the day-to-day running of the centre, and help us nurture and inspire children and staff alike!

- Support the Centre Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance.
- Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
- Mentor and support the centre to meet/exceed the National Quality Standards.
About you:
- Previous Assistant Centre Manger experience.
- A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
- Skills to lead and mentor other educators, motivating them to excel by guiding and supporting the delivery of care and educational programs.
- Experience in a management or leadership role with exceptional organisational and problem solving skills.
- Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
