About the role:
We are on the search for a passionate and enthusiastic Full-time Centre Manager with a strong background in Early Education to manage the day-to-day Centre operations.
As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily Centre management tasks, managing and leading to inspire a team of Educators, and ensuring they are working in accordance with the service philosophy, company policies, and procedures & the National Quality Standards (NQS), to provide exceeding education and care for all families and children.
You will be the first point of call with our families and the local community, to build a fantastic service for all families in the Botanic Ridge area & surrounding suburbs.

- At least 2 years + experience in a Centre Manager role.
- Ability to inspire your Team to achieve an exceeding service.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma in ECEC or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (approved by ACECQA)
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid with CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificate or willingness to obtain
- Current Mandatory Reporting and Child Protection certificates or willingness to obtain
- Current Safe Sleep and Food Handling certificates or willingness to obtain
- Work experience in an Early Childhood setting
- Passionate about delivering exceeding early education and care
