Form of workSpring Professional on behalf of this successful national property group, have an opportunity available for an experienced Centre Manager in the Geelong area, 50 minutes from Melbourne.
This group operate nationwide across Australia with a large portfolio of thriving shopping centre's. They are a respected leader in the retail centre space with exciting expansion plans.
Reporting to the National Manager of Assets, your main responsibilities will be:
- Critical retailer management including debtors
- Relationship and operational management of retailers
- Team management and recruitment of additional centre staff
- Maintaining positive relations with retailers, customers, suppliers, local government
- Responsibility for the overall performance of the property
- Assessing the performance of retailers and identifying opportunities to improve sales
- Monthly reporting to management team
- Competitor/market research
- Work closely with national team on centre strategy and development plans
To be considered for this opening we are seeking candidates with experience as a Centre Manager or high performing Retail Manager or Operations Manager within the retail shopping centre space
