About the service
Our client's early years education and care service is in the final stages of construction. The service is located near local shops and primary schools. When complete, the centre will be spacious and have inspiring indoor and outdoor spaces. It will feature well-maintained, spacious areas adorned with natural elements where children can develop strength and self-confidence.
The organisation's philosophy revolves around nurturing children's interests with warmth and care, encouraging empowerment through child-initiated experiences, and fostering strong connections with families and communities. They prioritise quality, teamwork, and training opportunities and promote a culture of recognition and reward.
