Join our expanding team! We're seeking an experienced Area Manager with a background in opening and managing start-up centres.
Connect, Learn & Grow with Aspire
At Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional childcare services throughout Melbourne and its surroundings. Established in Victoria in 2017, we currently have 17 operational services and have a pipeline of a further 30 centres to be rolled out over the next 2-3 years.
Due to our recent and future growth, we are now looking for an additional Centre Start-Up Area Manager to join our team!
Our vision is investing in shaping a positive future for our children through our grow, learn and connect curriculum. Aspire to Grow, Learn and Connect is our vision for not only our children but our team, families and communities. We place a great focus on family and community engagement as we aim to promote and inspire a love of learning in everyone.
The Opportunity
As a Centre Start-Up Area Manager, you'll oversee multiple upcoming centres in Melbourne, leading a team of Centre Managers to ensure a smooth start-up process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating Setup: You will be responsible for overseeing the setup of furnishings and resources at each new centre. This involves ensuring that all necessary equipment, materials, and facilities are in place to provide a conducive learning environment for children.
- Managing Compliance: With your expertise, you'll navigate the complexities of pre-service approval tasks and licensing documentation. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements is paramount to the legal and operational integrity of each centre.
- Recruitment and Training: You will play a key role in the recruitment and training of staff members for the new centres. This involves identifying talented individuals, conducting interviews, and providing comprehensive training to ensure that each team member is equipped to deliver exceptional childcare services.
- Occupancy Growth and Family Satisfaction: Driving occupancy growth is essential for the success of each centre. You will implement strategies to attract new families and build, all while ensuring that families are satisfied with the care and services provided.
- Setting up for Success: Within the crucial first three months of operation, you will be instrumental in establishing each new centre for success. This includes overseeing all aspects of operations, addressing any challenges that may arise, and implementing strategies to promote growth and success.
