The Lifeline Centre Supervisor is responsible for the provision of reflective practice supervision for volunteer Crisis Supporters. The role provides formal debriefing, individual and group supervision and delivers professional development sessions.

About you
We are looking for a skilled team member who is enthusiastic, energetic and confident and works well in a team environment. To be successful in the role you will have tertiary qualifications in social work, psychology, counselling or equivalent social/behavioural sciences. It is essential that Centre Supervisors are registered with Lifeline Australia as an accredited Centre Supervisor.
You will also hold ongoing full accreditation under a national health, social work or counselling registration board. You will also have highly developed counselling skills with experience in crisis counselling.
