Centre Team Leader (Springwood Aquatic & Fitness Centre)

Ref: V24/9288Effectively manage the day-to-day operation of the team, delivering outcomes in a timely manner that meet the centre’s objectives, service level specifications, and are compliance with Industry standards.Council is seeking a motivated person with a can-do attitude to join a dynamic leisure and aquatic service. The position is full time over a compressed work week offering a great work life balance. The successful applicant will have previous experience in the administration and leadership in a leisure facility as well as a Certificate 3 Sport and Recreation and /or Fitness. Other essential criteria include First Aid Certificate and Working with Children Check. A willingness to undertake training and multi skill will also be looked upon favourably.Position hours are:Wednesday 12:00pm - 8:30pm
Thursday 10:30am - 8:30pm
Friday 12:30pm - 8:30pm
Saturday 7:30am - 6:30pmRemuneration: base salary commencing at $66,381 gross per annum
+ 11% superannuation
+ performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary
