Certificate 3 Role - Childcare Centre - Hurstville

Our wonderful client currently has a great opportunity for a dedicated, experienced and passionate Cert 3 Educator in the Hurstville Area. 

This is a small centre, who's philosophy focuses on their relationships with children. They ensure all educators develop positive relationships with children based on respect and fostering self-esteem and development.

Genuine care for the children and a passion for what you do is imperative to this role. 

Responsibilities:

• Create stimulating, positive and appropriate environment to foster and support development
• Communicate positively and openly with children
• Conduct observation and evaluation of children's development
• Provide physical care, assisting children in daily routines and meal times
• Respond to the emotional needs of the children
• Maintain up to date records for each child within the group

Skills and Experience

• Certificate III trained in Early Childhood Education
• Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Current First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
• Fully Covid Vaccinated and willing to take booster.
• Excellent knowledge and experience of EYLF and NQF
• Competent in all areas of Childcare compliance, legislation, and WH&S
• High level of professionalism and communication with families and co-workers
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high quality care
