About the Role
Located in Perth, the role is responsible for providing quality valuation reports in a timely manner for a diversified asset market in the Residential Development space. Excellent communication skills are required to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and at the same time achieving personal annual budgets.
The key responsibility areas around operational focus with maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The role will form part of a small and growing team and you will be mentored and managed by the director of the division providing good training/upskilling opportunity.
About you
We are seeking a driven professional with not only highly developed residential and/or commercial valuation skills but exceptional communication and business development skills.
You have a strong client network and commitment to professional development, together with:
• Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
• CPV status combined with experience in the residential and/or commercial valuation space with previous Residential Development valuation experience a benefit however not required.
• Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication
