CFO - International Food Manufacturing Group

Our client just acquired this business and is now looking to double manufacturing/processing capacity and expand the brand into new domestic and international markets. This will be achieved through both organic growth strategies and targeted acquisitions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a high-calibre commercial finance executive to business partner with the CEO and the Executive Team to make a lasting impact on finance and operations. You will drive financial strategies, optimise growth, and lead digital and automation technology investments for operational efficiency.

Responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the accurate and timely production of divisional budgets, forecasts, financial planning, management and financial reporting
• Drive improvements across, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Stock and Inventory management.
• Implement appropriate financial systems and process solutions that provide financial rigour and efficiencies.
• Work closely with the MD and senior leadership team to develop and implement strategies to maintain sustainable revenue and profit growth.
• Provision of strong cash flow management
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team that delivers effective and efficient outcomes.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following experience and qualities:

• Proven experience at CFO, Commercial Director or FD level; preferably within the FMCG, Manufacturing or Supply Chain sectors.
• Able to provide strong, influential, and collaborative leadership to make and implement strategic decisions.
• Experience of implementing ERP/Financial System solutions.
• Experience in driving change and improving financial reporting and controls to support business growth
• Demonstrable experience in achieving profit improvement
• Operationally focused, hands-on team player
