What is the opportunity at Harmony?
We’re looking for a highly motivated Production & Sales Coordinator to join our team and play a key role implementing our global sales plan. Reporting to the General Manager Sales & Marketing, you’ll provide support to sales team members, but you’ll be communicating directly with customers and our production planning team. Harmony is a premium beef company specialising in Wagyu. We’re focused on consistency and quality in every part of our business, and we do that by developing lasting relationships and delivering excellent customer service. We supply more than 4,300 MT of premium-branded beef annually to a balanced portfolio of clients across more than 14 markets globally and in the domestic market.
What will you be doing?
- Assist the Business Development Manager to execute global sales and manage customer service requests in a dynamic market.
- Communicate with customers about their orders including volumes, transport and documentation.
- Manage and respond to customer queries, escalating where necessary.
- Manage and respond to inventory and stock queries internally and with our Australian based production and storage partners.
- Participate in and contribute to meetings on sales, production, quality assurance and logistics.
- Assist the Production Manager in the planning of quarterly, monthly, and weekly production.
- Offer role coverage where required to the Production Manager and Business Development Manager.

- Up to 3 years’ experience in a meat sales environment.
- Exposure to meat production and boning rooms is desirable.
- A university qualification is preferrable.
- Exposure to corporate agribusiness environments desirable but not essential.
