About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Change Advisor to join the team at Rio Tinto, based in Perth. You will be working a Monday to Friday roster at Central Park in Perth. This role will be for 6 month period and have potential to extend.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Change planning to assess change complexity, change impact to define change management and communications approach
Assess change readiness by looking at the impact of change and developing mitigating strategies
Support the delivery of change management activities throughout our business, leveraging voice of the customer data to ensure effectiveness and support sustainable change
Partner with program teams e.g., SPS Deployment to guide and coach our teams through the change management process
Facilitate lessons learnt sessions and deliver pulse checks for in-flight and implemented projects, sharing insights across Pilbara Mine Operations and the broader change network
Develop and maintain highly effective relationships with business stakeholders to ensure the successful embedment of business improvement projects
Skills & Experience Required:
Experience in process improvement, project leadership, change management, stakeholder engagement or similar
Highly effective leadership, organisational, time management and analytical skills
Ability to work in a high-pace role, managing deliverables and stakeholders whilst maintaining autonomy and self-motivation
Experience in contemporary change management methodologies will be viewed favourably (Lean, PROSCI etc)
Proven communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate and manage stakeholder relationships within a large complex organisation
Adopt and champion continuous improvement in all that you do
Demonstrated curiosity and drive for thinking differently, with an ability to identify and effectively navigate obstacles or roadblocks and respectfully challenge whist remaining empathetic and patient
