Your team

You will report to the Change Management Practice Lead in a multi-disciplinary team that works closely with our customers (business, partners and vendors) in the development, implementation and embedding of solutions that support our customers through all aspects of the insurance value chain. 

The Change Analyst role is key to successful projects, working with change managers and project teams to ensure that project objectives and outcomes are met.   By focussing on people and process you will assist in the development and implementation of change management strategies to ensure the successful delivery of business change.  

Your duties and responsibilities:

• Assisting the change manager in all aspects of the Change Management lifecycle.
• Assisting with developing actionable and targeted change management strategies and plans – including communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan.
• Assisting with conducting change impact assessments, readiness assessments, evaluating results and presenting findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
• Co-ordinating and documenting business workshops to assist in understanding the as is/to be state for impending change.
• Identifying resistance and performance gaps and working with the Change Manager to develop and implement corrective actions. 

Your knowledge, skills, and attributes

• Must have minimum 5 years Change Analyst experience in projects of varying size and complexity.
• Solid understanding of change management principles, techniques & tools is required. 
• Must have Project management and planning skills to achieve planned objectives.
• Good understanding of how people go through change and the change process.
• Hands on experience in the development of training materials is required.
