Change Analyst – HR Transformation

Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced ‘Change Analyst’.
Key Criteria:
- Ability to communicate the change methodology and ensure understanding across the team of roles and responsibilities
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with the Organisational Change Manager, Project Manager and other key stakeholders
- Ability to express ideas and concepts clearly, effectively and with meaning, and to a variety of audiences
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to continually changing environments and to navigate the organisation
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight timeframes including ownership and commitment to delivery
- Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of the Project and Change Management framework and governance methodologies and tools
- Influencing skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Well-developed relationship management skills and of experience dealing with various stakeholders
- University background experience is desirable
- HR program change experience is highly regarded
