Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced ‘Change Analyst’.

Key Criteria:

• Ability to communicate the change methodology and ensure understanding across the team of roles and responsibilities
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with the Organisational Change Manager, Project Manager and other key stakeholders
• Ability to express ideas and concepts clearly, effectively and with meaning, and to a variety of audiences
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to continually changing environments and to navigate the organisation
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight timeframes including ownership and commitment to delivery
• Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of the Project and Change Management framework and governance methodologies and tools
• Influencing skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Well-developed relationship management skills and of experience dealing with various stakeholders
• University background experience is desirable
• HR program change experience is highly regarded
