About the Role
As we embark on an exciting phase of business transformation, we're looking for a Change Communication Analyst to develop and implement communication strategies that support this transformation. This isn't just any Change Communication role; it's your opportunity to be at the forefront of a digital transformation in healthcare, making services more integrated and seamless for users across our hospitals, aged care, community care, and national services. Join us on for an initial period until June 2024 in our new Sydney head office on a full-time basis. This position is your chance to be deeply involved in shaping the future from day one, with the added potential for your journey to be extended past this initial engagement.
What Will You Do?
- Design, develop and implement comprehensive communication plans
- Identify key stakeholders for each change initiative, conducting change impact assessments
- Produce clear, concise and compelling communication materials tailored to various audiences

- Skilled communicator adept at engaging diverse audiences with clear, compelling messages.
- Strategic thinker with expertise in change management, able to align communication with organisational goals.
- Collaborative team player, capable of building consensus and fostering a positive culture during change.
