The position receives a base salary of $112,855.03 per annum plus superannuation. Additional benefits include district allowance and generous leave provisions, such as six weeks annual leave. To be successful, you must hold:

  • Degree in a relevant field and/or demonstrated industry experience at level
  • Change Management Accreditation (eg. Prosci CCMP, APMG Change Management Practitioner)
  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in leading transformational digital change within an organisation
  • Ability to obtain a National Criminal History Check
  • Drivers Licence
