A leading Australian aviation company

is embarking on a transformative journey to optimise their Engineering Supply Chain. They're seeking a seasoned Business Readiness Lead to spearhead the successful implementation of a new, state-of-the-art solution from Manhattan Associates.
 
In this pivotal role, you'll play a key leadership role, ensuring a seamless transition across multiple sites. You'll leverage your in-depth change management expertise to develop a comprehensive strategy, encompassing impact analysis, targeted communication, and a robust training program.
 
Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years' experience leading successful change management initiatives within complex organisations.
• Proven track record of effectively managing multi-site deployments.
• Strong understanding of the aviation industry or a highly regulated environment is highly desirable.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and change management skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Expertise in developing clear and concise communication plans for diverse audiences.
• The ability to design and deliver impactful training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the change readiness process in collaboration with the Change and Communication Lead, ensuring the Engineering group is fully prepared for the new system.
• Conduct thorough change impact analysis to identify and mitigate potential challenges.
• Develop and execute tailored communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Design and implement a comprehensive training program with clear learning objectives and resources.
• Facilitate role mapping to define responsibilities within the new system.
• Review and update Standard Operating Procedures to align with the new processes.
