My client, a well-established global organisation that operates for a very good cause, is seeking an experienced ERP Change Lead to lead the change management, communication and training strategy, planning and execution to support an Enterprise Transformation Program that will run for 2-3 years.
This is an enterprise-wide Transformation Program to establish scalable operational foundations for their people processes to underpin their ambitious growth strategy.
A key capability required in this role is to upskill Global Owners, Global Operating Leads, Sub-stream owners, Delivery Directors and the broader program team on the change management practices required to deliver business benefits and change across end-to-end processes related to Forecast to Plan, Plan to Inventory, Offer to Cash and Record to Report. Change resources will be assigned within each of the process workstreams, and this role will direct and integrate day to day change plans and activities.
While this initiative impacts the organisation broadly, key impacts include to Finance and Supply Chain/Procurement and Manufacturing teams regarding ways of operating including structure, people, process and systems. Previous experience in leading similar change efforts would be highly regarded.
This is a full-time role based in Sydney with a hybrid work environment of 3 days a week in the office and 2 working from home.
