Role Overview: As a Change Management Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating and implementing change initiatives across our organization. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and successful adoption of changes, ultimately contributing to the company’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product change control processes, ensuring efficient and effective handling of changes throughout their lifecycle.
- Apply your deep understanding of Change Management principles, methodologies, and best practices to develop and execute Change Management plans.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate Change Management activities into project plans and timelines.
- Utilize your project management background to lead change initiatives, track progress, and mitigate risks.
- Leverage tools such as Jira, Teamcenter, and SharePoint to streamline Change Management processes and enhance collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in product change control within a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of Change Management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Background in project management with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Teamcenter, and SharePoint is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
