A new ERP SaaS transformation and integration technology project has created an additional need for you to join the IT business services team as a Change Analyst / Manager reporting to the IT Program Manager.
- Key projects within this ERP program of work will have you helping this complex, West Australian business maximise value from their investments as you help implement a new technology and process roadmap for this new cloud ERP implementation. Communication across the three main stakeholder groups will be key to your success.
- You'll enjoy building training, communication and change plans that help improve stakeholder engagement and ensure project objectives are achieved.
- You will have an opportunity to work across the complete business & change management lifecycle, helping implement new best practice processes and methodologies, improving stakeholder communication and execution in the business, and helping coordinate a range of new initiatives.

- Briefly, you will have prior experience as a Change Analyst, trainer and change manager working with various internal and external stakeholder teams.
- Using your positive and professional communication and influencing skills you will be responsible for helping improving communication and processes across the organisation.
- Sound business / commercial skills, change analysis, project coordination and internal people consulting skills are required.
- Relevant tertiary education qualification/s would be of benefit in addition to industry certifications in change management, project delivery and service delivery PROSCI, APMG, Prince2 / PMBOK etc).
