About the role
This role has been established to support the delivery of ongoing reforms and other initiatives required to support the energy transition in WA. Our Senior Change Manager is accountable for the development, delivery and execution of the change management strategies and plans associated with these changes. The role works with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate successful delivery of the changes, including providing guidance and coaching to support leader led change.
What you will be doing
Lead change management activities associated with your assigned workstreams and projects
Develop change impact assessments, change strategies and plans to support the delivery of change into AEMO and externally impacted stakeholders
Collaborate with peers across other workstreams to contribute to the WA change impacts and strategy
Execute the delivery of change
Develop and manage relationships across the business to identify risks and opportunities to implementing change
What you will bring to the role
Experience in delivering complex change projects from end to end with broad organisational impacts
Change management expertise including change management strategy development and implementation planning, benefits realisation, change adoption, change impact assessment, business readiness
Well-developed strategic thinking and action with the ability to navigate ambiguity
Proven capability to influence across different levels of the organisation
