This role sits within the Group Risk Non-Financial Risk Transformation Program which is driving the successful implementation of several key initiatives.  This large-scale transformation program impacts a significant portion of ANZ systems, process and customer base.  It is a crucial role in the program to get the change to permeate and be adopted across the enterprise, maintain momentum over an extended period and deliver sustainable outcomes that result in a culture shift for NFR management.

As Change and Learning Manager, you are responsible for designing and executing change and learning mechanisms required for transformation.  You will not only deliver on the activities driven by the strategy but will also grow change advocacy both in and external to the program to achieve the strategy.

The program will deliver:

  • Up to date knowledge of our compliance responsibilities, business processes supporting these and our control environment
  • Clear roles and responsibilities and target operating model for NFR across the enterprise
  • Robust NFR management and capabilities
  • Accurate data on our NFR risk environment, compliance responsibilities, controls and remediation to reduce NFR
  • Automated tooling and process improvements for NFR management

What will your day look like

  • Development and execution of the change strategy and change plan
  • Facilitation of change impact assessments and ‘single view of change’
  • Content curation and delivery of program key messages, communications and learning
  • Preparing, equipping and supporting people to successfully adopt change to drive program outcomes

What will you bring?

But back to some of the skills – Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent listening, and interpreting and innovative problem-solving skills

  • Strong Change Management and communication experience
  • Ability to develop training materials, update collaterals and write communication
  • You have a strong execution mindset and ability to deliver quality outputs within required timeframes
  • You can build, maintain and influence relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Experience in delivery of large and complex transformation / change programs
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstance
