- Hold a Bachelor's degree and/or Change Management qualification with significant experience in managing change in a complex environment.
- A Change Management Certification.
- Demonstrated experience in Change Management, project management, organisational development or related field.
- Knowledge of Change Management theories, principles and methodologies.
- An understanding of organisational culture and its impact on project and change activities.
- Experience with Change Management methodologies, tools, processes and practices.
- Demonstrated high-level written, interpersonal and oral communication skills, including the ability to liaise, negotiate and consult with senior management and a diverse range of stakeholders and customers on strategic and operational issues.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate openly and effectively, including developing and delivering key messages, providing genuine two-way communication, and gaining commitment from others.
- A demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers and key internal and external stakeholders, including influencing others in a matrix structure.
- Experience in stakeholder consultation, engagement and facilitation with a track record of delivering high-quality advice and solutions for various stakeholders.
- The ability to comprehend, analyse and communicate the initiative's intent and purpose.
